Tiana Uribe

Tiana works as the Marketing Director and Mortgage Broker for her mortgage and real estate company. She launched Jenny’s Jungle Literacy Program in 2017 and continues to expand on our mission to empower women and children through literacy. She serves on The Commission on the Status of Women and Girls representing District 2 in San Diego County to study and advise on homelessness, human trafficking, and domestic violence.

Nadia Mandilawi

Nadia is Chair of the English, ELAC, Philosophy, Humanities & Labor Studies Department at San Diego City College. Along with teaching, she oversees a large department of professors as Chair, and also serves as President of Chairs Cabinet for the school as a whole. Some of her responsibilities include facilitating a diverse group of people, staffing, oversight and budgeting, student enrollment, course objectives and community outreach.

Cami eiskamp

Cami is an expert in best educational practices, instructional leadership, management, and presentation/facilitation skills. She has developed curriculum and trained over 16,000 teachers and administrators in learning methodologies, educational practices, strategies for engagement, classroom management, and brain based lesson designs. Cami is a memorable and beloved keynote speaker.

christina tovar

Christina has been working as an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner at Family Health Center of San Diego since 2005. She provides care for women in this high-volume, community clinic setting, where every patient has access to quality and respectful care. Providing care to female patients, Christina encourages her patients to be empowered decision makers in every aspect of their health.

Sarah cox

Sarah is a lab manager and researcher at UC San Diego. She has over 20 years of academic research experience and currently studies bacterial physiology. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from UC Davis. An avid reader from childhood, Sarah is passionate about The Wildflower Initiative’s mission and thrilled to see the impact in her community.
